Dora the Explorer

 Well this was a challenge! We had to make a cake for a girl who is celiac, egg intolerant, soy intolerant, and allergic to nuts.... Luckily dairy products weren't a problem!!!
So we found a really delicious chocolate cake recipe, and used a chocolate buttercream filling. The fondant is all homemade marshmallow fondant (since all the store bought stuff had traces of just about everything in them...)
Cake for 15 people, €40
