One of the little girls that was attending a friend's birthday party is celiac, so I made her a special mini-cake of her own. It's a flourless Dark Chocolate cake (using Almond Meal instead of flour) with Marshmallow Fondant. This size cake would also be a good option for an intimate anniversary celebration, as it's just the right size for 2 people.
